How do I know the numbers are accurate?

Check them yourself before paying. Run the free audit, then run five of the same prompts by hand in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode and compare. That spot-check is the standard advice for buying anything in this category, and we'd rather you did it on us than on a competitor. Our methodology is published in full — how many prompts per engine, how often, from which locations, and how a mention is counted.

Why does my score move when I haven't changed anything?

Because answer engines are generative, not deterministic. The same prompt can return a different answer twice in a row, so any single reading is a sample, not a rank. We handle it by running each prompt repeatedly across the month and reporting the pattern with a confidence range attached, rather than one number pulled from one run. It's also why we show trend lines by default and treat a single day's movement as noise until it holds.

Where do the prompts come from — can I use my own?

Yes, and you should. We seed you with a prompt set built from your category and your competitors, then you edit it. The most common failure in this market is a generic, brand-heavy prompt library that produces a flattering number nobody can act on. If your buyers ask something specific, track that.

How long before I see movement?

Expect four to eight weeks. Answer engines have to re-crawl your pages, and the models have to start drawing on them — some fixes land in days, entity and schema work takes longer. Anyone promising a jump in a fortnight is selling you something. If you'd rather not commit to a year while you find out, monthly billing is on every plan.

Do I need daily monitoring, or is weekly enough?

Weekly is genuinely enough for most brands. Go daily if you're in a fast-moving or reputation-sensitive category, running a launch, or actively working through a fix list and want to see it land. Start on Solo if you're not sure — moving up takes one click and we prorate it.

Does this replace my SEO tooling?

No, it sits alongside it. Your rank tracker measures a deterministic results page; this measures which brands get named and cited inside a generated answer. The two overlap on technical foundations and diverge everywhere else — different prompts, different competitors, and often a different set of pages doing the work.

What counts as a website?

One domain you track, including its subdomains. It's the only thing we meter on the plan itself, because it's the only dimension whose cost scales with you. Adding one is a small monthly amount rather than a second subscription — most of this market charges full price per domain.

Do you charge extra for engines, seats or overages?

No — and we won't. All 12 engines are on every paid plan, including Gemini and Google AI Mode, and seats are unlimited. If you run past your queries nothing switches off: you'll see a nudge, and you can top up the current month or move up a plan. We don't lock the product, expire credits or block reports.

Can I cancel, or am I locked in?

Annual is billed for the year and saves you two months; monthly cancels in the dashboard with no notice period and no exit conversation. Annual is never a requirement — pick monthly if you'd rather stay light. Either way nothing auto-escalates, and you can move up or down a plan whenever your portfolio changes; we prorate the difference.

Billing, VAT and data?

Prices exclude tax; VAT (UK 20%, EU varies) or US sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. Switch monthly and annual at any time — annual is two months free and never a requirement. Scan data is processed in the EU/US and we're GDPR-ready.

What happens to my data?

Scan data is processed in the EU and US and we're GDPR-ready. We don't sell it, pool it into a public index, or use your prompt sets to train anything.
